Go back and tell them he is YOUR dog and you will pay the deposit for YOUR apartment. Don't let them bully you. You are young so they think then can bluff you. Stand up to them. Tell them you and boyfriend had a fight and you are no longer together. Tell them you will give your notice. Believe me they don't want you to move.
