Perfectly explained! Good job! The only thing I would add is to NOT eat the thread thingys that surround the heart. Cut those off.
Keep lots of napkins and a big bowl to put the leaves in when you are finished with them.
Funny side note here....hubby and I think eating artichokes is extremely **coughs** erotic. So we light candles, play soft music, etc... Enjoy!
