you are right, not everyone feels the same...and we aren't there with you to understand all that you are going through...but in a group of people who have a massive passion for this breed....you will not be getting many responses from people who support your thoughts and decision.
again, i am not trying to be ugly, i do want to do all i can to help this puppy find a great home. i just want you to understand why people are reacting the way they are.
this really is a great place. but it is also a place of diversity, and an extreme passion for this breed...as well as many many others. |
The thing is, I'm not getting upset because people are simply not supporting me.
Since I have posted here about this, I have been called "shallow", "irresponsible", I have been accused of "punking" people, only considering my pride and have been attacked by more than one person. I would say that's a but more than simply not being supportive. I don't appreciate the name calling and rude comments and people putting me down for not feeling the exact same way as they do.
People don't have to support me, but they don't have to call me names or accuse me of things I haven't done either. I understand the passion everyone has for their dogs and Yorkies as a breed, but they can have some respect for other "people" too.
