I totally agree with you. But you know honestly, if you won't love the puppy based on it's size, better to give it to someone who truly loves him for who he is. I doubt you will get all of your money back though, IMO.

My yorkie poo Bentley is 10 lbs and can EASILY go anywhere with me. He has a bag that fits him just fine, and he isn't heavy on my shoulder at all. Or I simply carry him in my arms. In fact, many places allow me to walk him in the store because he's very well behaved.
