no, that really isn't what i was trying to say. i post on this board a lot and i think people will vouch for me that i am not a shallow person and i don't try to bring myself up by putting others down. so don't take it that way. i just feel horrible for your puppy. you don't want him because of his size...you want the breeder to compensate you based on his "probable" size, when all in all, YOU bought him! you picked HIM from the litter...and from all of the other potential breeders you could have gone to...especially for that amount of money. all i am saying is that i really don't think you have a leg to stand on. i do think you should turn the breeder in. but i don't see you getting any money from him. you made the decision to buy the puppy, the breeder didn't force you to do so.
i also agree with the above poster that you should find him a new home...someone that will love him regardless of size. if i had the money to give you that you paid for him, i would take him in a heartbeat. but i don't. i do hope you find him a great home...OR i hope that you can fall in love with him regardless of size, coloring, or anything else that may not go as planned.
