 HELP... Kidney Damage
Has anyone had a Yorkie with kidney damage? I just got home from the vet and I got terrible news. My girl Emmie was there for a minor scrape (thanks to her sister) and the ultrasound doctor was there. I asked if they could check her for a liver shunt since we have had questionable function results in the past... They did a body cavity scan and found that she has severe kidney damage! She is just over 1 year old and shows no signs of trouble yet but I am horrified! I have always worried because I was scammed by a breeder here that preyed upon my sadness after losing a baby! I have heard horrible things about her from many YT members! I have been hoping that I would get lucky and have a healthy girl but the bombed dropped today and I am so upset.
Any information about things like this would be great!
