I wish you the best hun. I'm the same way. I cry so easily especially when I'm mad and I get even madder when the tears start to flow. I look at it as a sigh of weakness but the things others have said on this thread have given me pause for thought!
I think your COO understands and that is part of why he likes you - he knows you are honest with your emotions!
