Weight doesn't matter Your precious baby is too cute....I don't know how you can look at that face and even think about resenting him for his size.
No one can tell you exactly how much your baby will weigh, anyone can guesstimate, just by looking at mom and dad but even then you have these puppies that come out of no where and end up larger than all other littermates. Believe me, I breed, and my Maxy (6.1 lbs) is nearly twice the size of his sister Layla (3.8 lbs), and all other puppies that have come from same mom and dad. He's also bigger than mom and dad; we kept him for ourselves and not because we couldn't sell him. He actually was sold but then returned after 3 months because he was purchased for an 18 yr. old girl who didn't have the time to spend with him, she was heartbroken and still comes by to visit every so often, but that's another story.
And as far as weight goes, you can still have a 6 pounder and it still be compact in size. My Kylie weighs 6 lbs, and she is shorter and not as long as Maxy who weighs 6.1 lbs.
I hope everything works out for you. |
