Sounds like a bug. My guess is that the vet should give some antibiotics, doggie pepto to settle his and her stomach and fluids.

When Lulu had her last booster she got sick with diahrreah and throwing up. I gave her about two days treatment with pepto and a bland diet and it stopped. The vet tech who I am very friendly with suggested that it was a reaction to her shot. When I looked it up it was indeed a possible side effect of the shot. Not sure if your babies recently had any vaccines. I was also told that they can get a puppy flu (not sure what causes it but it can happen)
