Oh hun, we have all had moments where we shed a tear at the "wrong" time...(I'm sure he's seen it before)....it's probably the embarrassment of it that's bothering you the most...He still wants to see you and that's wonderful, when you go back, and you will, don't bring it up, just hold your head high, and carry on...don't dwell on it, it was just an event and now it's done....the bigger picture is that the interview well , he's interested in you, and he's looking for a position for you...now that's something to be happy about....focus on the accomplishment not that tiny moment of weakness...
