Well, Millie has done this 3 times in her 2 years of life. The last one was the worst. They did tell me they thought it was a protozoa (bacterial/germ) that she picked up from something she ate (it could have been anything: like something outside or a pig ear/chewy that had been sitting around for a while.) So they gaver her pills. she had a set of 3. One for the vomiting, one for the bacteria (antibiotic)and one for the diarreaha.
I have a friend who has a schaunzer who went thru a problem just like this and the vet told her it was semenila (sp) and she got it from something the schaunzer ate. Could have been anything. My friend says her schaunzer likes to feast of bunny poo. |
