How many weeks does the puppies start to slow down on growth? My lil one had a HUGE spurt in a month and a half. She was 1.2 at 10 weeks, now she is 2.2 at 16. I heard that the pups are about 60% of the thier size at 16 weeks is this correct? (She could be 20 pounds, I could care less, I just need to quit buying dog carries that wont fit her lol)
