ONE MORE QUICK QUESTION!!!!
What kind of dog food is preferred??? I have heard so much discussion about many different types of food....many I have never heard of. I want to be able to locate something locally before I pick up my little baby next week.
I am currently feeding my tiny chihuahua "Pro Plan" by Purina....30% protein.....20% fat......"optimal protein / fat ratio"......"for puppy breeds weighing under 20 pounds at maturity". My little one here has really thrived on this. Actually, the 13 year old greyhound loves it too and I have to keep the bowl under something or she will eat it up in a flash...Then the little one will stand up on her back legs and 's-t-r-e-t-c-h' until she can reach the Lori's elevated bowl and eat up her "senior formula" food......(It's all a hoot around here.......)!
