Yes, I read about the standard, but I was looking for a 3-4 lbs adult dog. The breeder told me that the puppy would grow be that size and I guess he was lying. I know that I should be happy that the puppy is healthy, bt it's just not really fair that I didn't get what I wanted and I paid for something I didn't know I was paying for.
