She could be scratching from having fleas before you applied the frontline. I know sometimes Lacy's flea preventative will wear off early and she will get fleas on her. She is allergic to flea bites and will scratch and scratch. I put advantage on her Saturday night and this is Tuesday night and she is still scratching like crazy from flea bites last week. Yours could also be allergic to something else totally unrelated to fleas or the flea preventative. A lot of dogs have allergies to food or things in the environment and will scratch.
