my question is ..how old is Twiggy and if she was doing all this while at their last home, why didn't she get a trainer for the yorkie??? Its not like she can't afford a live in trainer!! That is truly uncalled for!!!! They should have a test for pet owners to see if they are qualified before owning one!!!!
