I have a 9 month old female yorkie that is giving me the hardest time with housetraining.

I put her in the smallest cage that she can fit in and she still pees and poops in her cage at night. She does not even care less if she lays all in her pee. She does this at LEAST twice a week. Then she comes in the house and pees ALL over the couch and bed. I can bathe her and as soon as I get her out she pees everywhere even if I JUST let her out before I bathe her. I really don't know why she is like this.

She also has another HUGE issue with barking ALLLLLLLLL of the time. She barks all night when she is in her cage, even in my room. Then when I let stay outside in her playpen during the day she barks NONSTOP. I honestly don't know how her throat does not get sore.

Is she just a completely stupid dog? Will she grow out of this?
