Lyn, I am in a similar situation. We have one groomer near us, and they do a good job, but they keep the dogs for 4-6 hours. Owners are not allowed to stay and watch or wait. The dogs are caged for awhile before being groomed. I am afraid to make an appointment there because the groomers there have to be hurting the dogs or something if you aren't allowed to stay and watch/wait. We once tried a mobile groomer with Riley and she did a HORRIBLE job! Riley looked really bad. We are just letting Riley's hair grow out for right now, but TJ really needs a trim. We don't know where to go or what to do. I would do it myself, but I have absolutely no clue how. Anyone know of a good safe breeder in Lake County, Ohio? |
