You definitely won't go thirsty, as I'll be bringing bottled water for the furbabies.
It'll be on ice with the pop so don't worry about warm water. lol
If you could bring the paper products that would be great. If it's no problem to you. Right now I think there will be about 14 people, so I'd guesstimate 20-25 altogether.
