Tammy I'm having the same problems with my little Lucy's ears. I attached two photos one was taken on July 12 at 14 weeks old when both of her ears were standing, the second photo was taken on July 25 when she was 16 weeks old, and her right ear is floppy.

I'm taking her to get groomed on Saturday and I'm going to ask the groomer to shave her ears so it might help them stand-up. But i heard that when puppies are teething that their ears sometimes will go floppy.
