My Molly Mae went through this too. The left ear especially would be completely down. Then up. But she was also teething and adult teeth coming in. I kept them shaved and now they are completely straight up. I taped the one as well and it would stay up a few days but then flop right down.
Have you shaved her ears to keep the hair weight off of them?
