it took me a long time to find a good quality yorkshire terrier. you really have to do your homework on the breeder and like what was said in the above thread. this is just my opinion, and some people will disagree with me, but i feel any yorkie under 900.00 is not from a respected knowledgable breeder.
reputable breeders spend lots of money on testing, their breeding stock (i hate calling it that), and many other things. i feel if you get a cheap one, then something isn't right. now i am sure there are plenty of cute yorkies out there that are cheap but they don't fit the standard of the breed this is why the sell for cheap. and this has been the problems with yorkshire terriers being overbred and not keeping to the standard. there are so many yorkies out there that don't even look like yorkies. this is not to say if they don't fit the standard they are not good pets but we need to keep the breed to the standard.
