wow i dont know what to tell you i have allergies bad and i have 4 cats i sneeze every day and im always stuffy oh and did i mention the constant nose bleeds
its my choice not to take anything but why dont you go to the doctor and get some medicine for your self and there also and spray wash you cant put on the cat to help with the hair i believe its called petshed not sureill find out that works i have a friend that usues it.. now the scratching theres not much really you can do untill she grows out of it shes a kitten they all do it clean iit with proxide and then put neosporin sorry dont know if im much help
