I buy a flannel backed plastic tablecloth at the dollar store and cute it in half or what ever size you want and it has worked well to put an incontinent pad on for Crystal. It's easy to clean with a little spray on cleaner every now and then. I may get a pad holder some day, they sound great but now she is used to having a little more room to circle in
It's been 10 yrs of her 13 this way so I doubt if I will change but if you are just starting out, the pad holder sounds wonderful to me
