I use a collar on my yorkies all the time. Damage really doesn't happen just because they are wearing a collar. It happens when the owner constantly tugging or pulling to hard on the leash(and I have seen owner pull so hard that their dog's 4 feet left the ground). Just be aware of that when you are walking her. |
