No need to worry here. Many pups will lose puppy teeth and it will take a few days for the adult teeth to start coming in. The adult teeth are larger and don't have the razor/needle feel to them.
My Angel lost all her bottom puppy teeth without any adult teeth - she looked so funny (see attached photo)....
