I would think after a week in a 10 week old, you'd be safe. Nothing stays in a puppy that long normally!!

And puppies do have a lot of fluctuation in their "habits". So just be watchful and make sure things get back to normal soon. If not, a call to a nice vet with a good bedside manner for us nervous parents can't hurt.
