I feel your pain! The people that live above us are extremely loud. He will bounce a basketball up and down their hallway and drop things. I think she runs up and down their apartment. My husband has been known to blame frogs on them. He kept saying the frogs wont be quiet outside so I went in there to see what it was and I said, "honey, that's not frogs. That's the neighbors." Lets just say their bedroom is above ours and they have a really squeaky bed.
