Good luck! Let him grab it and pull away from you while you hold it still, that way if it hurts he'll stop himself.
But I think PeekaBoo's last tooth is stuck. Its sitting double with the adult tooth and its been there for a few months now. He'll be a year old in October though, maybe there's still time.
