I have not been able to empty my "confirmed messages' folder out for several months. i bet it has over a thousand in it. I cannot even see it. It says 2 confirmed messages then "empty". yes, I have asked admin about it and they could not help. Before the big upgrade, I have had no problems cleaning those up . . not anymore.
