OMG Mr Looney next door is at it again! he hired surveyors and they moved the entire property line 6 feet over on us giving the neighbor our entire fence!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband's family has owned this ground for 20 years!! They know where the property lines are! We have almost $1000 wrapped up in the fence and it is FARM fence....not like a property fence...it is OUR fence for COWS and farms are excempt from fence laws because thier fences are used to keep livestock in...ok yes we don't have the livestock in yet, but that was what the fence was for...PLUS the way they surveyed it they are also taking a post that is in the MIDDLE of our yard where my husband was running the top half of fence to mark the pasture field!
We have our own surveyor coming out tomorrow to give us an estimate. but I am just so disgusted. I called my parents and told my step dad he should be paying for our survey since he didn't follow state law and have it surveyed before he sold it and he threw the phone down and refused to talk to me!!!
Can someone just shoot me now? I can't handle anymore garbage here.
