I am sooo sorry! I know how you feel too, everytime I stay at my brother's condo there are these ppl upstairs that make SOOO much noise! They walk so heavily and talk loud. The dogs were barking non stop in the middle of the night cause of the noise they made. One time while I was in the balcony you could hear them doing it upstairs. I was with my grandma and she was like "What is that??"
I acted like I didn't know but I knew damn well. She thought they were doing drugs or something. LOL
