Spaying them might help however u must not allow either one of them to believe they are alpha. Any time they are getting in the car be aware and stop the arguement prior to a fight. Keep them on lead when getting in car, if they start fighting get them out of the car and put them on their backs side by side (as previously stated). Hold them gentley until they relax. Allow them up and ask them to get in the car, if they argue again, repeat process. As for the bed - do the same thing. I always use the lead for better control and to keep your hands from getting bit.
A simple reminder that
you allow them to ride in the car or get on the bed will help them.
