It sounds to me that you folks are awfully close to finding Zeke, so don't give up!!! Everyday people try to avoid correspondence from me in my profession (I am an attorney) and no one likes to be sued so they hide, and they hide assets and property and all sorts of things, but you can always trace them and what they are hiding in legal ways if you are vigilant enough!!! On a sidenote a PI or attorney may be something you may consider as I know there are more tools available for digging up the personal information of folks when you are a licensed PI or attorney.
I am not as active as I had been previously on YT, but I am glad I took today off and saw this thread. Today the priest it my church is blessing pets at evening mass, and I planned to take Bruce. I will say a prayer and ask the priest to offer blessings for Zeke and his mother as well.

many times in my post that my opinion was not that Zeke was just a dog and I my original point in reguards to the police was that I found it ridiculas that someone was comparing this to being as equally important as murderers, rapest, etc... Yet you choose to pick the one sentance from my post that makes me sound like I am agreeing with the statement you quoted me on! I also never said that people
didn't have the right to complain either!
The people who I said were slandered that you also picked up on was ONE person who I said posted something simliar and was slandered for it... maybe you misread my post about that point and I was the second member to of said the person was slandered after posting.
I never mentioned anything about anyone putting pressure on anyone and I don't see what relevance this has to do with my point about approaching children. You're paragraph on the otherhand seems to be condonning it though saying that if you feel someone is in the wrong then this is acceptable. If this isn't how that sentance is suppose to then I've obviously misread but that is how it reads to me.
