I feel for you. My upstairs neighbors have two small kids who aparently LOVE to jump off of the furniture. I've complained to my apartment complex and to the people themselves. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put a three bedroom apartment above two singles was obviously not thinking. I realize there will be some noise, and I am understanding of kids, but this is WAY out of control. The parents do not try to stop them at all.
