I am so sorry you had a bad experience with Petsmart. I know for a fact that they dont hire professionals since I personally know of a person that got an offer to work there from a friend (mgr ) and she is a student with absolutely no grooming experience. She declined because she was afraid she could end up cutting one of the dogs, but how about all the ones that accept??
