That's good. I think that is a good way also to tell the intentions of a breeder. If they are selling the pups too young, they probably just want to get paid and get rid of the pup. Breeders that release them at a later age (at least 10 weeks) tend to know what they're doing and are more moral and ethical and do it becasue they love the breed not the money.
