Wow, you sure are faced with a tough choice. If I may ask
how old are your kids? Moving isn't half as hard on young
kids as it is on the older ones. I was faced with the same
thing as your going through 4 years ago. I chose to go
and 3 weeks later was 9/11 so I was saddled with rent plus
the house payment on a house that just didn't look like it
would ever sell. I was making dual payments on everything
and going to the poor house in a hurry. Luckily we finally
did sell at a big loss but if I knew then what I know now
I personally would have stayed put until the future was a
