Lorraine, I would love to see or get a copy of your contract. I couldn't find it on your site. Could you PM me or share with everyone? It certainly should be legal in the states. In my area, I've heard "well, AKC registration is really only for show dogs", or "I just copied my dogs pedigree so you don't have to pay for it". I love the idea of punitive damages and seizing the dog legally. Thanks, Janet |
