ok, i'm back and still not working...the bobbin thread is getting so tangled in there. i am so confused. i have re-threaded the bobbin. i have even tried pre-threaded ones. OYE. it's just getting caught up in the casing. I can't seem to figure out why. hubby even looked at it and gave up LOL
