If you want to show stick to your dream. I know (from experience) that's it's hard to rehome them. Try buying a little older dog next time so you have a better feel for the topline. You have my sympathy, it's really hard to find a good gal to show. I've been trying for a while and have just about decided to stick to males for show. As a newer show breeder I applaud your resolve and wish you the best of luck!
