I have a mini schnauzer that suferred from skin problems. I thought it was allergies to grass, but found a change of diet to help stop the problem. She had only been fed Rice and Chicken by Ians I switched her over to Fish meal and potatoe...for her the problem stopped. I also have a Giant Schnauzer and of course my Yorkie all eat the same food and have great coats and good health.Down side is their breath smells of fish...helps remind me to brush their choppers

Good luck. Beware of going the steriod route to stop this problem...nasty side effcts from these drugs....my 2 cents.
