We're watching on TV right now, and Yoda doesn't seem to mind it AT ALL! I guess since it's drowned out a bit by his favorite classical music, he just doesn't mind.
He does freak out when he hears people in our neighborhood lighting stuff up though. He'll bark to let us know 'we're under attack!'
