I used to use James Wellbeloved for a couple of my other breed dogs who had developed a diet related skin allergy on other foods. It was very good, cleared up their skin in a few months & they had no further problems with it.

My Skyes are on Beta which suits them very well. They are a breed you need to be very careful with regarding protein levels.

Regarding the Royal Canin Yorkshire, I used to buy the big sacks, which do work out cheaper, but they became unavailable through retailers. You can now only order them direct from Royal Canin & you have to be a member of their breeders club to get them, which involves having a Kennel Club affix, having a minimum number of dogs,5, or a smaller number of breeding bitches, & placing a minimum order at least every six months.
I could join on the affix & number of dogs rules but not on the minimum order as my bigger breed aren't on Royal Canin & my 3 Yorkies have people food has well & though they can be little gannets they wouldn't get through that much in 6 months
