Default flying a puppy

Hello, I live in Chandler Heights, Az. I have shipped in 4 Yorkie puppies from Colorado and they did fine on the plane. I hope the breeder you are getting the puppy from has done this before and doesnt send the puppy before the puppy can handle it. Hopefully the breeder will give the puppy some Nutrical just before the flight too. Make sure the puppy is able to land in Phoenix as it is MUCH hotter here than Michigan. Airlines wont let the puppy land if the temperature is over 85 degrees at the time of the landing. You can go to weater.com to get up to the hour temps. That is also what the airlines use as a guide line for shipping animals. Dont take the puppy out of the crate at the airport. Its too noisy, busy and the puppy could get scared and jump out of your (strangers to him) arms. The puppy could be drooly and have motion sickness too. Or he could be ready to rumble and be a live wire and want out of the crate. I would take him home and put him in a quite place and give some Nutrical, food and water. Hope this answers some of your questions. Lynn 480-988-9837
