I've been getting my nails done in a French manicure for about 5 years now. I much prefer it to color. When it starts to grow out or chip, you don't notice it as much. I would suggest however, instead of a 'French,' you get 'Pink and White.' Basically the same thing, except the non-white part is a clear w/ a slight pinkish tint insead of a nude color. Strait French seems to yellow after about a week...the pink doesn't. I hope that makes sense...
