I think you should find a vet who will take a complete blood panel which shows her protein level. It is probably very high and she has either pancreatitis or colitis. A knowledgeable vet would put her on IV treatment, withhold food for 24 hrs. to settle her stomach down. Passing blood is not a good thing to happen for an extended time.

If that is the diagnosis, she will have to be on a medication and very gentle food until her stomach heals.
