I'm going to right now... i still don't really understand people. what is in their head to want to do things like this to animals. if they see how bad the dog is, why not just give him/her up or if they so stuck up for money, sell them... (at this point i don't care if we're helping them with money, i'm just thinking about the poor dogs)
