I'm not much of a roast cooker, so I'm not really sure what kind of roast this is. Is it one that's needing to be tenderized? If so, I've got a fabulous crockpot recipe for them...or a couple. I don't usually use my crockpot and I don't make this very often, but when I did, it was really good. PM me if you want my recipes and I'll go find them for you!
