You are right, there are some people that no matter how well you interview them, are determined to lie to you and go ahead and breed it anyway even if they promised you they wouldnt. Unless you have a clause that says you can confiscate the dog and all of the offspring or fine them a huge amount of money, I dont think there is much you can do about it. That is why I am thinking spay/neuter is the only way to go. Seems like you cant trust hardly anyone these days. |
